Clear steps • No guessing • Built for growth

Our Process

A simple, structured workflow for Web & App Development, SEO, and Business Consultancy— from first call to launch and long-term growth.

Step 1 - Free Consultancy

Discovery Direction Next Step

Let’s start with a phone call. If needed, we’ll do a longer consultation and/or an interview to determine what needs to happen next. This often leads to a prototype—whether it’s a website, SEO work, an app, or something else.

Goal:

Get clarity fast: what you want, what you need, and what the next step should be.

Outcome:

  • Clear direction
  • Suggested priorities
  • What happens next

Step 2 - Interview

Goals Constraints Priorities

We go deeper into your business, goals, constraints, and what’s realistic. This helps avoid surprises and keeps the project aligned with growth.

We’ll cover:

  • What success looks like
  • Must-have vs nice-to-have features
  • Content, integrations, and SEO needs
  • Timeline expectations

Step 3 - Proposal

Scope Options Approval

After the call and interview, I create a proposal for what to do next based on my analysis. This may or may not be free depending on scope—but any charges are always authorized first.

Included:

  • Recommended next steps
  • Scope outline
  • Phase options (if needed)

Goal:

A clear plan you can approve before we invest in build work.

Step 4 - Prototype

Proof Risk Reduction Direction

This is the initial real process of developing your idea (site, app, SEO plan, or other tech solution). Prototyping puts your idea “on paper” in a usable way—so you can confirm direction early before we build deeper.

Included:

  • Prototype layout or flow
  • Key sections/components mapped
  • Early SEO/content direction

Goal:

Confirm the direction before the full build starts.

Step 5 - Estimate

Timeline Milestones Predictability

This is the estimate and post-estimate stage. Some projects are simple (a small site + basic SEO), and some are bigger. Most projects are broken into phases using an Agile approach and Project Milestones .

What you get:

  • A clear estimate
  • Phases / milestones
  • What happens after approval

Step 6 - Build

Development Integrations QA

This is where the plan turns into something real. I build the site/app in clear milestones so you can see progress early, review updates, and steer the direction before we go too far. Integrations, SEO foundations, and performance are handled during the build—not after.

Build includes:

  • Responsive UI + clean layout
  • Integrations (email, CRM, payments, etc.)
  • SEO basics (structure, speed, metadata)
  • Staging environment for previews

How you stay involved:

  • Milestone demos
  • Feedback checkpoints
  • Clear “approve / adjust” moments
  • Change requests handled transparently

Step 7 - Launch

Go Live SEO Basics Handoff

Launch isn’t just “push a button.” It’s a controlled handoff where everything gets checked: domain/DNS, SSL, performance, analytics, SEO visibility, and a clean go-live plan. The goal is to go live confidently—without surprises.

Launch checklist:

  • Hosting + SSL verified
  • Analytics + event tracking
  • Sitemap/robots basics
  • Redirects (if replacing an old site)
  • Performance + mobile checks

Handoff includes:

  • Admin/editor walkthrough (if applicable)
  • Simple documentation
  • Post-launch support window
  • Optional maintenance plan

Step 8 - Growth

Optimize SEO Iterate

After launch, the real value starts to compound. We watch performance, tighten conversion paths, expand SEO, improve content, and add integrations that save time or generate more leads. Growth is an ongoing loop: measure → improve → repeat.

Measure:

  • Traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Top pages + drop-off points
  • Search visibility + rankings
  • Speed and user experience

Improve:

  • SEO content plan + updates
  • Conversion improvements (CRO)
  • New features or integrations
  • Automation to reduce manual work

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Yes—Step 1 is a free call to understand your goal and decide the best next step. If a deeper analysis is needed, we’ll clearly explain that before anything is billed.

A short description of your business, any websites you like, your goals (leads, sales, bookings, etc.), and anything you already have (domain, logo, content, current site).

It depends on scope. Most work is broken into milestones so you see progress early and can adjust as you go. The estimate step will outline a realistic timeline.

Yes—SEO can be included as part of the build or as a dedicated engagement. At minimum, we can ensure the site structure supports SEO (titles, headings, performance, indexing basics).

Yes. After launch, most clients choose either a lightweight “keep it healthy” plan or a more active growth plan. Maintenance can include security updates, backups, monitoring, performance checks, small content changes, and quick fixes if something breaks. If you want to keep improving results, we can also add SEO content work, conversion improvements, and new features over time—so your site/app keeps getting better, not stale.
